Abstract
Academic certificates are traditionally issued and verified through centralized systems, making them imitating document, and time-consuming verification processes. This project proposes a blockchain-based framework that enables educational institutions to issue tamper-proof digital certificates and allows employers, universities, and other participants to verify credentials instantly. By utilizing blockchain's immutability, transparency, and decentralized architecture, the framework enhances trust, reduces fraud, and streamlines the verification process. The study evaluates the framework's security, scalability, and performance, demonstrating its potential to transform academic credential management in educational institutions. The proposed system allows students to securely access and share their academic credentials, while employers and other stakeholders can instantly verify certificate authenticity without relying on intermediaries. The framework enhances security, prevents certificate forgery, reduces verification time and cost, and improves trust among all participants. The study evaluates the effectiveness of the proposed solution in terms of security, scalability, transparency, and usability. The results indicate that blockchain technology can significantly improve academic credential management and provide a reliable, tamper-proof, and efficient verification mechanism for educational institutions and organizations.
